Thought for the Day – William Blake on Forgiveness
Chances are good that today you will be wronged. You may be judged harshly, or inappropriately, for something you’ll say or do. A benevolent act on your part may be misconstrued or unappreciated. Someone may lie to you, mistreat you, or take advantage of you for their own gain. Yes, chances are good that you’ll be wronged, if not today, then very soon. And when it happens, you choose the weapon with which to avenge the wrong. Only one truly conquers.
Your thoughts? Is there someone you need to forgive today?
